鋁管鋁套冷風機傳熱性能分析

  近年來(lai)有不少生產廠家在生產鋁(lv)管鋁(lv)套(tao)片冷(leng)風機,生產這(zhe)種冷(leng)風機究竟有什么好(hao)處?本文主要想從傳熱效果的角度來(lai)分析(xi)探討。
  一、鋁管鋁套冷(leng)風機傳熱效果(guo)理論分析
  不(bu)能(neng)簡單的(de)(de)(de)認為(wei)由于(yu)冷風機鋁(lv)合(he)金材(cai)(cai)料的(de)(de)(de)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)較(jiao)(jiao)鋼(gang)材(cai)(cai)料大(da)(da)(da),使(shi)金屬(shu)壁(bi)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)阻力項減(jian)小而使(shi)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)增大(da)(da)(da)。其實(shi)這(zhe)個因(yin)(yin)素是微不(bu)足(zu)道的(de)(de)(de)。更重要的(de)(de)(de)原因(yin)(yin)之(zhi)一是鋁(lv)合(he)金大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)了翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)效(xiao)率,減(jian)小了空氣側熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)交換的(de)(de)(de)阻力,因(yin)(yin)此了傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)率使(shi)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)增大(da)(da)(da)。冷風機翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)效(xiao)率η=th(mL)/(mL)[1],如果(mL)值(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)(da)時(shi),當熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量(liang)由翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)基部向端部傳遞時(shi),翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)端部過(guo)余(yu)溫度較(jiao)(jiao)小,這(zhe)表(biao)明翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)表(biao)面(mian)平均溫度較(jiao)(jiao)低(di),翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)率也(ye)效(xiao)低(di)。反(fan)之(zhi),如果(mL)值(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)(jiao)小時(shi),翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)效(xiao)率較(jiao)(jiao)高。因(yin)(yin)此,在一定翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)高度(L)條(tiao)件下(xia),m值(zhi)(zhi)較(jiao)(jiao)小是有(you)(you)利(li)的(de)(de)(de)。選用(yong)導熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料,正好能(neng)使(shi)m值(zhi)(zhi)減(jian)小。所以選用(yong)鋁(lv)管(guan)(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)(pian)(pian)較(jiao)(jiao)之(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)更有(you)(you)利(li)于(yu)冷風機傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)果使(shi)傳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)數(shu)增大(da)(da)(da)。
  例(li)如有(you)下(xia)列翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)盤(pan)管(guan)(guan)結(jie)構的(de)(de)冷(leng)風(feng)機(ji):管(guan)(guan)子Φ20×1.0,等邊三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)叉(cha)排,管(guan)(guan)子間距60mm,管(guan)(guan)子排距52mm,采(cai)用整體式平翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian),翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)厚0.23mm,翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)間距12mm。如果翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)材料(liao)采(cai)用鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)或鋁(lv)管(guan)(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)(pian)(pian),我們(men)根據文(wen)獻(xian)[2]提供的(de)(de)方法作計(ji)算比較。假(jia)設:"冷(leng)風(feng)機(ji)在無霜工況下(xia)運行;蒸發溫度(du)為-20℃;據某次(ci)實(shi)際測定,迎面風(feng)速為2.8m/s、進(jin)風(feng)溫度(du)-6℃、進(jin)風(feng)相對(dui)(dui)濕度(du)63%;計(ji)算可(ke)得制冷(leng)劑側放熱系(xi)數為500W/(m2•K)[2]"。計(ji)算結(jie)果如下(xia),翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)效率:鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)為0.35;鋁(lv)管(guan)(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)(pian)(pian)為0.58。翅(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)總(zong)效率:鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)為0.43;鋁(lv)管(guan)(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)(pian)(pian)0.63。對(dui)(dui)傳熱系(xi)數的(de)(de)影響;在上述相同條件下(xia),鋁(lv)管(guan)(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)(pian)(pian)冷(leng)風(feng)機(ji)的(de)(de)傳熱系(xi)數比鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)(gang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)高出27.8%。
  二、冷風機傳(chuan)熱(re)性能結果
  我(wo)們可以從冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)傳熱(re)系數k與單位面積(ji)冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)熱(re)負荷Q來(lai)進行(xing)分析(xi),比(bi)較(jiao)的(de)(de)條件是,冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)基本上是在無霜條件下運行(xing)。以某生(sheng)產廠家生(sheng)產的(de)(de)結構相同,冷卻面積(ji)、配風(feng)(feng)(feng)量相似的(de)(de)冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)作比(bi)較(jiao),通過低溫試(shi)驗室實際(ji)測(ce)試(shi)的(de)(de)結果,冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)的(de)(de)傳熱(re)系數。蒸(zheng)發溫度-10℃時,鋁管(guan)(guan)鋁片冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)的(de)(de)傳熱(re)系數比(bi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)片冷風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)高出約20~35%,顯示(shi)(shi)了鋁管(guan)(guan)鋁片的(de)(de)優勢。但(dan)隨著蒸(zheng)發溫度,這種(zhong)優勢趨小。在實際(ji)中還(huan)發現,當翅片管(guan)(guan)結霜后,并未顯示(shi)(shi)這種(zhong)優勢。
  但(dan)是,由(you)于生(sheng)產工藝、制造水平及(ji)冷風機(ji)結構的差異,不同廠生(sheng)產的冷風機(ji),其(qi)傳熱系數的差別也較大。
  另(ling)一方面,從(cong)單位面積(ji)(ji)(ji)熱(re)負荷(he)來看,對同(tong)一廠生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)結(jie)(jie)構類(lei)同(tong)、冷(leng)(leng)卻面積(ji)(ji)(ji)、配風量(liang)相似的(de)冷(leng)(leng)風機(ji)(ji),通過低溫試驗室進行性能測定的(de)實(shi)際結(jie)(jie)果表明:"鋁(lv)管(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)冷(leng)(leng)風機(ji)(ji)的(de)Q值(zhi)比(bi)鋼管(guan)鋼片(pian)冷(leng)(leng)風機(ji)(ji)的(de)Q值(zhi)高出(chu)約40%左右(you)"。但是,產(chan)(chan)品生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)質量(liang)水(shui)(shui)平較(jiao)低廠家生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)鋁(lv)管(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)冷(leng)(leng)風機(ji)(ji)Q值(zhi)僅比(bi)鋼管(guan)鋼片(pian)冷(leng)(leng)風機(ji)(ji)Q值(zhi)高出(chu)大約為14~27%。我們從(cong)某(mou)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)平比(bi)較(jiao)高的(de)廠提供(gong)的(de)產(chan)(chan)品樣本數據,對結(jie)(jie)構類(lei)同(tong)、冷(leng)(leng)卻面積(ji)(ji)(ji)、配風量(liang)相似的(de)冷(leng)(leng)風機(ji)(ji)產(chan)(chan)品作比(bi)較(jiao)可以得到:"每平方米冷(leng)(leng)卻面積(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)熱(re)負荷(he)Q(kW/m2),鋁(lv)管(guan)鋁(lv)片(pian)比(bi)鋼管(guan)鋼片(pian)的(de)值(zhi)高出(chu)約18~43%"。這(zhe)一數值(zhi)與(yu)低溫試驗室實(shi)際測定結(jie)(jie)果相當吻合。
  結論:從傳熱(re)效果分析可見,用導熱(re)系數大的材料制作冷風機的翅片盤管,在相同(tong)結構參數條(tiao)件下可以得到較好的傳熱(re)效果。
